Terapi Latihan Mendukung Optimalisasi Kondisi Fisik Penderita Sindrom Obstruksi Paska Tuberkulosis : Case Report Di Rs Khusus Paru Respira Bantul
Latar Belakang : Sindrom Obstruksi Paska Tuberkulosis merupakan suatu gejala sisa yang
berupa gangguan faal paru dengan kelainan obstruksif yang memiliki gambaran klinis mirip
dengan Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK). Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi
latihan untuk mendukung kondisi pasien SOPT. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan terapi sebanyak 6 kali
didapatkan hasil penilaian sesak napas T0: 3 menjadi T6: 1, peningkatan ekspansi sangkar toraks
pada axilla T0: 3 cm menjadi T6: 4 cm, pada ICS 4 T0: 2 cm menjadi T6: 3 cm, pada proccesus
xyphoideus T0: 2 cm menjadi T6: 3 cm dan peningkatan toleransi aktivitas T0: 18 menjadi T6:
15. Kesimpulan : Terapi latihan mendukung optimalisasi kondisi fisik penderita sindrom
obstruksi paska tuberkulosis.
Background : Obstruction syndrome post tuberculosis is a residual symptom in the form of lung
physiology disorder with obstructive disorder that have similar clinical picture of Chronic
Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Objective : To determine efectivity of exercise therapy
to improve physical condition of person who afffected by Obstruction syndrome post tuberculosis
Results : After 6 times of therapy the results of the assessment of shortness of breath T0: 3 to T6:
3, increased thoracic expansion in axilla T0: 3 cm to T6: 4 cm, in ICS4 T0: 2 cm to T6: 3 cm, in
proccessus xyphoideus T0: 2 cm to T6: 3 cm and increased activity tolerance T0: 18 to T6: 15
Conclusion : Exercise therapy can improve physical condition for person affected by Obstruction
syndrome post tuberculosis
